BETWEEN

(1)        HELEN ELISABETH PEARSON of Fairspear Cottage, Leafield, Oxford, OX29 9NY (“the Grantor”)

and

(“the Grantee”)

WHEREAS

the Grantor has agreed to grant to the Grantee the exclusive right of burial (including interment of ashes, if required) in respect of a plot in Fairspear Natural Burial Ground, Leafield, Oxford (“the Plot”) and

the Grantee has agreed that the Grantor will mark the position of the Plot by means of an approved memorial plaque conforming to the Burial Ground Regulations

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the sum of  £…………………  

paid by the Grantee to the Grantor the receipt whereof the Grantor hereby acknowledges

the Grantor hereby GRANTS unto the Grantee the exclusive right of burial in the Plot

TO HOLD such rights unto the Grantee and his/her successors in title for the term of Ninety Nine years from the date of this Deed subject to the Orders, Byelaws, and Regulations for the time being in force with regard to the management, regulation and control of the Burial Ground.
