1.              
Vehicles should park in the field on the left hand side of the entrance gate or on the road outside Fairspear Cottage. 

2.               Coffins, caskets or shrouds should be made from biodegradable materials.

3.               Embalmed bodies will be accepted only in exceptional circumstances.

4.               Only wild indigenous flowers and trees are permitted.   Cultivated varieties are not allowed.

5.               Burials will only take place following receipt of correct documentation.

6.               Graves may only be marked with wooden plaques or other biodegradable memorials.

7.               The placing of artificial flowers, toys, ornaments or other non-biodegradable objects is not permitted.

8.               Flowers and other tributes may be placed on the grave following interment and will be removed at a later date.  Flowers may be laid on graves at anytime.

9.               No exhumations will be permitted except by lawful authority.

10.            Refunds can be made only for reserved plots but will be subject to a small administrative fee.

11.            Complaints will be dealt with in accordance with our Complaints Policy as available from our web-site at: www.naturalburialoxfordshire.co.uk/complaints.html

12.            We accept no liability for injury to any person, damage to or loss from any vehicle whilst visiting the burial ground.
