CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to cancel a reserved burial plot and receive a full refund, provided that you do so within 28 days of making the reservation. Requests for refunds after this date will be subject to a cancellation fee, such that refunds will be made as follows:
Only in the most exceptional circumstances would we be prepared to review the above.
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, your cancellation request must be made in writing by letter to the following address:

If you choose to cancel a reserved plot, it would be preferred for you to use the following wording:

- Cancelling within 1 year – 80% refund
- Cancelling within 2 years – 60% refund
- Cancelling within 3 years – 40% refund
- Cancelling within 4 years – 20% refund
- Cancelling after 4 years – No refund
